We aim to provide the best service possible to our patients at all times, however, we understand that there may be times you may feel that this is not the case.

We hope to resolve your complaint quickly, ask to speak to one of our Complaints Officers , Practice Manager or speak with your GP. Written complaints should be sent to, posted or put through the letter box at the Health Centre. A leaflet is available from Reception

The Patient Advice and Support Service by the Citizens Advice Bureau can help you make a complaint.

If you are complaining on behalf of someone else, we will need their consent
